Getting here
Our office is located at 2778 Charlestown Rd in New Albany, Floyd County, Southern Indiana. We provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy via secure telepsychiatry throughout Indiana. Consultations are scheduled by appointment only, with no walk-in hours.
By appointment only, and what that means
There are no walk-in hours. Every visit to New Albany is a booked appointment, which is why the hours above are not a set of opening times: the practice is open when there is an appointment in it.
The phone is answered during business hours and is not monitored overnight or at weekends. If you reach voicemail, leave a number and a good time to call back. For anything clinical, the client portal is the right channel, for the reasons below.
Client portal login
The portal is where established patients send secure messages, request prescription refills, access clinical records and schedule follow-up appointments.
Access is by emailed invitation once a first appointment is confirmed. The initial link in your invitation email expires after seven days. If yours has run out, please contact the office and a new link will be sent.
If you have not been seen here yet, the portal has nothing for you. Start on the booking page instead.
Please do not email clinical detail
Ordinary email is not a secure channel, and anything describing your symptoms, history or medication belongs in the client portal. Existing patients should use the portal for all clinical messages, questions and scheduling.
Email here is for questions about whether this practice is a fit, and for general practice inquiries. For help with insurance claims, billing, or payment accounts, you can reach out directly through Headway's contact form (opens in a new tab).
If this is an emergency
Stillmind is an outpatient practice and does not provide emergency or crisis care. If you or someone you are with is in immediate danger, call 911. For a mental health crisis at any hour, call or text 988.
