This site is not medical advice
The content here is general information about the services this practice offers. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a substitute for an appointment. Reading this site does not create a clinician and patient relationship, which begins at your first appointment.
This site is not for emergencies
Nothing here is monitored around the clock. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For a mental health crisis at any hour, call or text 988.
Accuracy
The information here is kept current as the practice changes, and some of it will be out of date between updates. Where this site and what you are told in an appointment disagree, the appointment is correct.
Booking and external scheduling
Online scheduling is facilitated through Headway, a separate company. Their own terms and privacy policy apply once you visit their platform, and this practice does not control that third-party service.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to an outside resource, it does so because the resource is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
